Here is the first campspot I had at Mr. Backes’ cabin on lake Michigamme. It sat perched above the cabin and I could walk out to see Lake Michigamme. It was my campground of one and great way to get used to the travel trailer before heading out on the cross country trip.
I had a friendly chipmunk, come by and check things out.
I worried I would not have high speed internet and would have to cut my time short in Michigamme, but thanks to the great help of Mike and Sean the local AT&T reps they we were able to get DSL at the cabin. Then Mr B and I even rigged up Wi-Fi so it would reach the trailer and act as one nice lightning rod!
