Bodhi Tree Cafe 501 Main Street Huntington Beach, CA 92648-8106 (714) 969-9500 This is a great vegetarian restaurant that Nancy introduced me to.  She has great taste and is a marvelous chef so I was sure it would be good.  We had some wonton soup and tofu spring rolls, all of which were excellent.
